We are an intimate upscale sushi house where traditional Japanese flavors meet modern innovation amid a sexy, design-savvy atmosphere. With a sophisticated bar program and a strong focus on one of a kind service, Sushi Row is bringing in heat in Downtown Colorado Springs!

Executive Chef

Chef Zaya Altbish began his culinary career at a young age, working in a small Sushi restaurant where he fell in love with Sushi and became passionate about the artistry behind the craft. He spent the next 18 years of his career honing his skills at several top Sushi restaurants in Denver, Colorado. In the summer of 2023, Chef Zaya helped open Sushi Row in Colorado Springs, Colorado offering upscale and innovative interpretations of traditional Sushi and Japanese dishes. At Sushi Row, his vision is to create an atmosphere where his team enjoys their work while improving their culinary knowledge and of course, always putting the guests first. As the Executive Chef and Partner, he is continuously striving to build upon his vision providing exceptional dishes and an enjoyable guest experience.

Great overall experience. Sat up at the bar and had great service. Both bartenders were super friendly and made some great cocktail and food suggestions. Everything was well prepared and fresh. Our favorites were the spicy tuna Temaki Tacos with caviar bump, the Rocco Roll, and the Japanese Old Fashioned. Can't wait to back and try more!

Great sushi, great happy hour! the environment is so cute, every detail is so good. My favorite part is the inside/outside patio w the linear fireplace. I recommend the cucumber salad (good flavor profile), the unagi, and the shrimp tempura roll!

Wow. Wow. Wow. It's rare that you find a restaurant where the food lives up to the amazing ambiance. Sushi row is one of these special gems! The sushi, drinks, and service were all amazing! The space was lively, modern, and conveniently located downtown. We will definitely be back soon!

Wow, what an amazing grand opening! I was so impressed with each and every dish. Started with the matcha-rita and it was so refreshing! The seaweed salad and crispy rice were delicious but the star of the evening were the Bao buns! I could've eaten ten. We split two sushi rolls as our meal and were stuffed, very generous servings. I'm already planning on coming back next weekend!
